Warranty

Your laptop may still be under warranty. To find out, click the appropriate link below.

Step 1 : Check your laptop warranty status.

Step 2 : If your laptop is still under warranty, you can contact customer service and RMA (return merchandise authorization) your device.

Step 3:  If you want your device repaired quickly, locally, call us.

Drivers

Drivers are special software that makes hardware work. Drivers are best found on the original manufacturer’s website and we have made it easy for you. See the vendor list below for driver support.

COMPUTER RESTORE DISCS

Sometimes you need to “restore” a computer to the original manufacturers settings. Below is a list of major computer manufacturers. Select your PCs manufacturer and follow their specific instructions to order a system restore disc. Ensure that you have your computer’s serial/model numbers (for Dell use Service Tag and Express Service Codes) available when you call in. This information can be found on the bottom or back of your computer.

CLOUD BACKUP SERVICE

When was the last time you did a backup? We’ll wait. Most people backup to an external hard drive but “cloud” drives are another alternative. No, it is not in the sky. A “cloud,” in essence, is an off-site hard drive.
