Overview of Services
If You order a service, you hereby give Majesty Computer Services, LLC authority to make required diagnostic, repairs, upgrades, or replacements; Or to recover, reset, destroy any data, system, or login credentials on equipment owned by you or by the grantor specified in the customers equipment information and required service data received. You understand and agree to pay the diagnostic fees at regardless of the outcome. If further work is authorized, you agree to pay the hourly rate, fees, and/or taxes specified on the repair invoice/estimate. All payments are due immediately upon return of the computer or before leaving the equipment location, via check or cash payments. Credit cards are accepted but may incur a processing fee.
You understand that Majesty Computer Services, LLC is not in any way, shape, or form responsible for any data loss to the device or computer. See “Data Backup” section for full details. You understand that if the computer or device was not working properly at the time of the release, you release Majesty Computer Services, LLC from any liability as a result of further damages in the event of any computer related failure due to hardware wear and tear, application conflicts, faulty applications, virus/ malware infections, incompatible third party devices, or system/OS related bugs.
During the servicing, Majesty Computer Services, LLC may need certain media to continue the repair process. If You do not have the media for the installations on your computer, Majesty Computer Services, LLC is not required to make available those applications that require physical media, serial numbers, or product keys free of charge, and not having the media may slow or halt the servicing of the computer or device until the correct media or registration information is obtained. Any equipment left behind for over a period of 120 days will be destroyed/recycled. You agree that any hardware you leave behind may be sold to cover any outstanding payments not received within 60 days of the date of invoicing. All Personal Data will be irrevocably destroyed to protect Your privacy. We will make every effort to contact You, but if we are not able to reach you within this time frame regardless of the reason, we are assuming you do not want whatever equipment you have left behind.
We will use commercially reasonable efforts to resolve Your computer, or tech support problem. Fees, as set forth on the Site, or as quoted on the telephone/email, are applicable. We have various support options. We may provide certain portions of our services via telephone, remote access, live chat, email, or via dispatching an onsite technician.
We reserve the right, at any time, to modify or discontinue (temporarily or permanently) any services or support, with or without notice. Prices of all products/services are subject to change. Notice of price changes will be made on the site.
You may order services from us by by filling out a contact form or by calling and scheduling a service. Some services, parts, and computers ordered receive customized quotes by phone and/or email. Once You place order You agree to pay fees for such service(s) and/or product(s).
Onsite service shall be billed at the hourly rate quoted on the Site,via phone and/or email for all time spent on or off work site. Labor will be billed in quarter hour increments rounded to the nearest half-hour. A one hour minimum will be billed for any site visit to Client.
Payment should be made immediately after repair. Payments can be made online via PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card. Payment includes tax. We also gladly accept cash, as well as checks. When payment is made by credit card or debit card, payment will also be subject to the terms and conditions established by the credit or debit card issuer. If charges cannot be processed through Your credit card, or if Your bank draft or electronic funds transfer is returned for insufficient funds, we may charge You an additional $35.00 per transaction.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Clients are responsible for all labor hours and/or services performed and expenses incurred until cancellation. Onsite service cancellation: Onsite service orders that are cancelled will be charged a cancellation fee of the rate listen on the Site.
Authorization to Access Your Computer
You acknowledge that by Your use of the Services, You are authorizing Majesty to access and control Your computer or device (collectively “Device”) for the purposes of diagnosis, service and repair.
In connection with delivering the Services, we may download and use software, gather system data, take remote control of Your Device and access or modify Your Device settings. By accepting these Terms, You hereby grant Majesty the right to connect to Your Device, download and use software on Your Device to gather system data, repair Your Device, take remote control of Your Device and change the settings on Your Device while performing the Services. Other than as set forth in the warranty section below, You agree that we have no responsibility or liability under any circumstance at any time for any loss or harm that may arise from or may be related to the Services.

As a convenience to You, we may provide links on the Website to websites operated by other entities. If You use these sites, You will leave the Website. If you decide to visit any linked site, you do so at your own risk and it is your responsibility to take all protective measures to guard against viruses or other destructive elements. The Company makes no warranty or representation regarding, and does not endorse, any linked websites or the information appearing thereon or any of the products or services described thereon. Links do not imply that the Company or the Website sponsor(s), endorses, is affiliated or associated with, or is legally authorized to use any trademark, trade name, logo or copyright symbol displayed in or accessible through the links — or that any linked site is authorized to use any trademark, trade name, logo or copyright symbol of the Company or any of its affiliates or subsidiaries. All links to the Website must be approved in writing by the Company.
The Website may only be used for lawful purposes. Activities including, but not limited to, tampering with the Website, misrepresenting the identity of a user, using buying agents or conducting fraudulent activities on the Website are prohibited. If You use the Website, You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your account and password and for restricting access to Your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account and password. You agree not to use any device, software or routine or data to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Website or any activity being conducted on the Website.
You are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of the Website, including, without limitation, (a) accessing data not intended for you or logging onto a server or an account which you are not authorized to access; (b) using the Website for unintended purposes or trying to change the behavior of the Website; (c) attempting to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of a system or network or breach security or authentication measures without proper authorization; (d) attempting to interfere with service to any user, host or network, including without limitation via means of submitting a virus to the Website, overloading, “flooding,” “spamming,” “mailbombing” or “crashing”; (e) forging any TCP/IP packet header or any part of the header information in any e-mail or newsgroup posting; (f) forging communications on behalf of the Website (impersonating the Website) or to the Website (impersonating a legitimate user); (g) accessing, navigating or searching the Website through the use of any automated or electronic devices, including but not limited to browsers, spiders, robots, avatars or intelligent agents, or any other similar technology either now know or hereafter developed, other than search agents provided by the Company or generally publicly available Internet browsers; (h) soliciting, facilitating, encouraging or agreeing to provide access to or otherwise remarket or redistribute, or take affirmative steps to allow or permit such access to, or remarketing or redistribution of, any Website content or data to any third party, through any process, including but not limited to screen scraping, spiders, web “bots” or other device, technology, software or system now known or hereafter discovered; or (i) sending unsolicited and unauthorized e-mail on behalf of the Company, including promotions and/or advertising of products or services.
All services include a 30 day – one year warranty. Please see the Repair and Diagnostic/Invoice Form for full warranty information. It is Your responsibility to inform Majesty of any faults or defects within the warranty period of work. You are required to pick up all items at Majesty Computer Services, any items not picked You authorize Majesty to throw out/destroy. Claims of damage done by the work (dents, scratches, etc.) must be made at the pickup time and not after. Claims made after are null and void. Warranty is not valid if customer did not report service problems or dissatisfaction prior to warranty expiration date.
All products will be billed at quoted prices. Outside of our warranties, such as, if You, the customer purchases a part (hardware or software), we are not responsible for any product warranties. All product warranties must be handled directly with the manufacturer and are subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions. We will assist You, at our discretion, in contacting the manufacturer and getting an exchange or support, but this does not constitute that we are responsible for the product warranty.
