We can schedule a pick up and delivery. We can come to you. FREE pickup within a 5 mile radius.

On-site Support

We can come to your location. Our on-site charge is per hr. For flat rates, see our in store services. Only applicable on select services.

Drop-Off

Schedule a drop off. You drop off your computer, free of charge at our location during business hours. Appointment only.

Remote Support

Can’t get your computer to us? This is the service for you. All you need is an internet connection. Currently unavailable.

Options

Pickup & Delivery

We can schedule a pick-up. Our service area is located in and around Beltsville, within 5 miles. Pickup is free within a 5 mile radius.

Outside of this radius, a flat-rate trip fee of $20 is charged. This covers the scheduled pick-up and drop-off of your device. We do not travel more than 10 miles outside of our radius.

* Parking and tolls additional. Tolls will be avoided (if applicable).

On-site

We can come to your location. Our on-site charge is per hr. For flat rates, see our in store services. A minimum charge of 1 hr is applied to all onsite services. Additonaly time will be billed in 15 minute increments. Not all repairs are eligible. Call to see if you apply for this service.   Check our rates page for pricing.

Schedule a drop off. You drop off your computer, free of charge at our location during business hours. Call for availability.

Remote Support

Before ordering this service, please call (240) 319-8862 to see if your problem is viable for remote support.

For this service you need a working internet connection. If you have a slow internet connection, please see our flat-rate or in store services. We can remotely log into your computer and have it fixed. You can use this service to determine if you need to physically bring your computer to us. This service is suitable for driver/software installation and other minor problems.

With the assistance of TeamViewer, a Majesty technician will remotely access your computer. Click the image to the left & run the TeamViewerQS.exe file. You will be given an ID and password; call (240) 319-8862 and give this to the technician and they will be able to remotely access your machine. Conditions apply.
